Energy Balls




A sweet treat that everyone will love!


Nutrition (per serving):

Serves: 16


Ingredients:


  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup pitted dates

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (I usually use all natural peanut butter)

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (I prefer enjoy life foods)

  • 1/4 cup water



Directions:


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined.

  2. Slowly add water until your mixture sticks together then remove.

  3. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and add in the chocolate chips.

  4. Form into balls and store in the fridge.
