Chocolate Stuffed Dates
A sweet treat that everyone will love!
Nutrition (per serving):
Total Fat: 4.3g
Serves: As many as you want to make!
Dark chocolate (at least 70%)
Flaked sea salt
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a sharp knife, make a cut lengthwise along the date for stuffing.
Stuff each date with almond butter using a teaspoon.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or on the stove making sure to stir frequently.
Dip each date in chocolate and place on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with the salt.
Place the baking sheet in the fridge for one hour.
Remove, enjoy and transfer the remaining dates to a container and store in fridge.
