Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

A satisfying protein bar that you can feel good about eating!

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 3/4 cup All Natural Peanut Butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/3 cup flaxseed meal

  • 2.5 oz dark chocolate

  • Himalayan salt


  1. Prepare a rectangle baking dish by lining with parchment paper.

  2. Combine the peanut butter, honey, coconut oil and vanilla together in a mixing bowl.

  3. Next add in the flaxseed and the protein powder and mix until well combined.

  4. Transfer the dough to the prepared dish and press the dough down, packing a nice even layer.

  5. Add the chocolate to a small pot and heat on the stove on low until melted and smooth. Keep a careful eye on it so it doesn't burn.

  6. Pour the chocolate over the packed dough, making sure it is even.

  7. Transfer the pan to the fridge for an hour to cool.

  8. Remove, cover with a sprinkle of salt and cut into 12 bars.

  9. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
