A healthy take on the candy bar!
Nutrition (per serving):
Total Fat: 5g
4 Medjool dates
2 tbsp creamy almond butter
1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
2 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Line a baking sheet or wide container with parchment paper.
Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor until well combined.
Roll into balls.
Transfer the balls to the prepared sheet/container and chill for at least one hour in the fridge.
Store in the fridge up to a week.
