Almond Joy Balls






A healthy take on the candy bar!

Ingredients:


  • 4 Medjool dates

  • 2 tbsp creamy almond butter

  • 1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

  • 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted



Directions:


  1. Line a baking sheet or wide container with parchment paper.

  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor until well combined.

  3. Roll into balls.

  4. Transfer the balls to the prepared sheet/container and chill for at least one hour in the fridge.

  5. Store in the fridge up to a week.
