  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 3/4 cup 0%MF plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp chia seeds


  1. In a small bowl or jar layer the banana slices and yogurt.

  2. Swirl the almond butter on top and sprinkle with chia seeds.
