A satisfying chip you will feel good about eating!
Nutrition (per serving):
Total Fat: 8g
1 bunch kale
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1/2 cayenne pepper
Preheat the oven to 300F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Wash the kale, remove the leaves from the stem and discard the stem. Cut the leaves into 1-inch pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the kale with the spices and coconut oil and massage the leaves with your fingers until well coated.
Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Flip the leaves and bake for another 5 minutes.
Cool the chips and store in an airtight container.
