Choco Protein Oats

This protein and carb rich breakfast will keep you fuelled all morning.
Nutrition (per serving):
Total Fat: 14.2g
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 banana, sliced
1 cup water
Heat the oats and water on the stove at medium heat for about 8 minutes or until the oats have absorbed the water.
Remove from heat and stir in the protein powder.
Top with sliced bananas, chia seeds and almond butter.
