Greek Yogurt with Caramelized Fruit
Tastes like dessert!
Nutrition (per serving):

3/4 cup 0%MF plain Greek yogurt
1/2 banana, sliced
1 nectarine, sliced in segments
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
Heat a frying pan on medium-low heat and add the coconut oil. Add the fruit, sprinkle the cinnamon over the fruit and fry until the fruit starts to caramelize.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Add the yogurt to a bowl, top with almond butter and lay the fruit on top. Dust with a little bit of cinnamon.
