Berry Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped

  • 1 tbsp sliced or chopped almonds

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats


  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the berries in a bowl and stir well to combine.

  2. Cover in a well-sealed container or jar and refrigerate overnight. In the am, stir in the berries, sprinkle with almonds and serve.
