Grilled Chicken Breast with Roasted Vegetables Pan Sheet

Ingredients:
1 (4 - 5 oz) chicken breast
1/2 cup cubed butternut squash
5 Brussel sprouts
1/4 red onion
6 little potatoes
1/2 tsp olive oil
Seasoning for chicken:
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp Italian spice
1/4 lemon - juiced
Himalayan sea salt & pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Heat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Combine the ingredients for the seasoning and spread over the chicken.
Toss the vegetables in the olive oil and season with S&P.
Spread the vegetables and the chicken breast(s) out on the pan and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
