Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients:


  • 1 ProteinUp Core Original Flatbread

  • Cooked chicken breast strips (55g)

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • Pizza mozzarella shredded cheese (30g)

  • Sliced mushrooms

  • 1/2 Tomato, sliced

  • 1/4 small avocado, sliced





Directions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.

  2. Using a spoon, spread the tomato paste on the pizza.

  3. Sprinkle the cheese followed by the chicken and mushrooms or whatever toppings you prefer.

  4. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with fresh tomato and avocado.
