1/2 carton egg whites
1/4 cup feta cheese
3 grape tomatoes, diced 1⁄2 cup spinach, chopped
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Lay 6 muffin cups in a muffin tray.
Divide the spinach among the muffin cups. Pour in the egg whites. Drop the tomatoes in next and follow with sprinkling feta.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Store the remaining egg bites in the fridge.
