  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp almond butter

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1/4 tsp apple pie spice

  • 1 tsp chopped walnuts

  • 1/2 medium apple chopped

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats


  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the walnuts in a bowl and stir well to combine.

  2. Sprinkle the walnuts on top, cover in a well-sealed container or jar and refrigerate overnight.
