Ingredients:


  • 1 tbsp hummus

  • 1/2 tomato, sliced

  • 1 mini cucumber, sliced

  • Handful alfalfa sprouts

  • Handful mixed greens

  • 1/4 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 tbsp feta cheese

  • 1 whole wheat wrap


Directions:


  1. Spread the hummus on the tortilla.

  2. Lay the remaining ingredients on top.

  3. Fold in the ends and rollup.
