2 cups spinach
½ tomato sliced
1 mini cucumber sliced
2 tbsp light feta cheese
5 olives
Red onion, sliced
Dressing: combine 1 tsp olive oil and 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Arrange ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk the dressing and drizzle over top.
