Ingredients:


  • 4 oz cooked chicken breast

  • 2 cups spinach

  • ½ tomato sliced

  • 1 mini cucumber sliced

  • 2 tbsp light feta cheese

  • 5 olives

  • Red onion, sliced

  • Dressing: combine 1 tsp olive oil and 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar


Directions:


  1. Arrange ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Whisk the dressing and drizzle over top.
