Ingredients:


  • 1 cup unsweetened macadamia beverage (you can use almond milk)

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

  • 1 cup spinach

  • Avocado (17g)

  • Frozen banana (44g)

  • 1 date


Directions:


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until well combined.

  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
