Optional: perform 3-5 minutes of cardio before starting warm-up exercises.
 

  • Knee Push-ups - 30 seconds

  • Backward Arm Swing- 30 seconds

  • Forward Arm Swing- 30 seconds

  • Inchworm - 30 seconds
